Does my PopStops unit come with graphics?

If you purchased a PopStops garage Stop Combo, YES. If you purchase a PopStops unit only, you will need to purchase a graphic set for each PopStops.

Can I change out my graphics in my PopStops unit?

Yes. Changing your graphics only takes a Phillips head screwdriver and a few minutes.

Is there a Front or a Back side to a PopStops®?

YES! If you are using the PopStops® as a Garage Stop to halt your car in your garage, the 2.5″ side of the unit is a patented design intended specifically to stop your car where you have placed the unit. The 6.5″ panel is specifically designed to act as the larger display portion of the unit. If you are using the PopStops® in a Point of Purchase or Display application, then technically, either side can be the front or back side of the unit, depending on your specific needs or intentions!

Can my PopStops be used outside?

Yes. Your PopStops unit is made to be used indoors or outdoors and the materials we use are designed to be used rain or shine. However, PopStops are NOT intended for use in parking lots.

Do I get a Warranty with my PopStops?

Yes. Each PopStops unit comes with a 1 year limited Warranty. Warranty Info

Placing an Order

How do I know if my order was received?

You will automatically receive an e-mail with a complete summary of your order as validation of receipt of your order placement.

May I make a change to my custom order once it has been submitted?

No. By accepting our terms and paying for your order, you may not change your order.

Do you offer a cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled prior to the final approval process of any custom artwork. Once any custom orders for Graphic Artwork Inserts or Custom Display Systems have been placed and final artwork submissions have been approved for printing, there is a no cancellation policy in effect.

Does PopStops.com offer Graphic Design Services?

Yes! We can accommodate custom design services. However, we currently only offer this service for commercial customers. For additional questions, contact: [email protected]

Billing and Account Information

What type of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What is your refund policy?

PopStops® Garage Stops, Wheel Chocks and Point of Sale Displays Systems may only be exchanged or returned for a partial refund, with the Original Receipt, and in like new condition, in their original packaging, within fourteen (14) days of purchase directly from the PopStops® web site (www.popstops.com). All other purchases must be returned to their original point of purchase. All returns or exchanges are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee and the return freight expense.

Shipment / Delivery

What is your turnaround for custom graphics?

Expect all custom orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks of your order after approval has been given on you artwork.

Can I put a rush on my order?

Yes. Faster FedEx Shipping Methods can be selected at the time of order placement.

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number so that you can track your shipment to you.

My Product arrived damaged, what can I do?

Any “special order” or “customized items” such as “Graphic Artwork Inserts,” or “Point of Sale Display Systems” cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item(s) were “damaged” upon receipt. If your order was received as damaged, requests for a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) can be made by clicking below.
